Brand It Up is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist with a solid creative eye, excellent aesthetic judgment, and the ability to understand how different brands should look, feel, and communicate.
This role is for someone who can look at a piece of content and instantly understand whether it feels luxury, premium, mass-premium, contemporary, youthful, editorial, or commercial.
You should be equally comfortable thinking about content strategy, visual direction, social media, copy, references, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas and strategies for brands across social media and digital platforms.
• Create and plan reels, carousels, static posts, stories, campaign concepts, and content series.
• Build content calendars aligned with each brand’s positioning, audience, and marketing objectives.
• Understand the visual difference between luxury, premium, mass-premium, and mass-market brands and ensure content reflects the right positioning.
• Research references, trends, competitors, campaigns, creators, and visual directions for different brands.




• Create strong moodboards, visual references, creative directions, and content concepts.
• Write and refine hooks, captions, reel concepts, scripts, campaign lines, and social media copy.
• Work closely with designers, video editors, performance marketers, and account managers to execute content consistently.
• Review creatives before publishing and ensure they meet the brand’s visual and communication standards.
• Use Canva confidently for layouts, presentations, moodboards, social media creatives, and quick visual concepts.
• Use selected AI platforms for content ideation, image generation, video generation, copy assistance, research, or creative experimentation.
• Identify when AI-generated content looks artificial or off-brand and guide improvements to make outputs feel more polished and natural.
• Adapt content according to different audiences, industries, formats, and stages of the marketin
