About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage customer relationships, daily sales operations, follow-ups, and business development activities. Candidates with experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B and B2C customers and maintain strong professional relationships.
Manage day-to-day sales operations and coordinate with customers for their requirements.
Regularly follow up with existing and prospective customers for enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and dispatches.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to provide suitable solutions.
Generate new business opportunities and develop current customer accounts.
Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Prepare and share quotations, offers, order confirmations,



and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Operations, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Track customer orders from enquiry to delivery and ensure timely updates.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, orders, customer requirements, and sales activities.
Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution of issues.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts team.
Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and reports for management.
Conduct regular market follow-ups and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Customer Handling.
Experience in manufacturing, steel, engineering, industrial products, or a related sector will be preferred.
Good understanding of B2B and B2C sales.
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
