Position: Upselling Executive
Salary Package:
Experienced Candidates: ₹19,000 CTC (₹15,300 in-hand)
Freshers: ₹17,000 CTC (₹13,700 in-hand)
Incentives: Up to ₹20,000/month + Attendance Bonus
Eligibility
12th pass & above
Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience – experience documents mandatory
Freshers can also apply
Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
Good convincing and upselling skills
Willingness to work from office in Sector V, Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions and understand their requirements




Promote and upsell relevant products/services
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
Build positive customer relationships
Maintain quality and compliance standards
Work effectively with the sales team to achieve business goals
