Role Description
The Human Resources Executive (HR Ops) will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and exit processes, and supporting HR documentation and compliance. This position will coordinate HR policies implementation, assist with payroll inputs, leave and attendance management, and ensure accurate HR data in internal systems. The role will support employee relations activities by addressing routine queries, assisting in resolving concerns, and facilitating internal communication. The HR Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support recruitment logistics, training coordination, and performance review processes.
