Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Executive role based in Lucknow. The Insurance Sales Executive will identify prospective corporate clients, present suitable insurance solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to policy closure. Responsibilities include assessing client risk and coverage needs,



preparing proposals, negotiating terms with insurers and clients, and supporting clients during onboarding and renewals. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners, and ensuring a high level of customer service and follow-up. The Insurance Sales Executive will contribute to business growth targets while upholding Policy Ghar’s standards of professionalism and client care.
