• Strong experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Management and Stakeholder Engagement.
• Understand the requirement and plan the automation
• Understand the current manual process by discussing with users, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated and check their feasibility.
• Gather the required inputs, access, and dependencies before starting the work.
• Prepare a easy design or flow for the automation and get it confirmed.
• Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and standards for multi-cloud environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible.
• Develop Python-based automation scripts, APIs, and orchestration workflows.
• Build end-to-end automated solutions for cloud infrastructure and network services.
• Integrate automation with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Automate operational tasks,



compliance checks, governance controls, and reporting.
• Work with Cloud, Network, Security, and DevOps teams to improve platform reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize deployment processes.
• Create technical documentation, design documents, and operational runbooks.
