We’re Hiring | Tender & Bid Management Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–2 Years
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
Kidvento Education & Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tender & Bid Management Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and identify tenders on GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement and other portals
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and scope of work
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents and compliance sheets
• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for quotations, MAF and supporting documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical, financial and statutory documents
• Submit bids on e-procurement portals within deadlines
• Maintain tender trackers, bid status and documentation
• Support pre-bid meetings, clarifications and post-bid activities
Requirements:




• 1–2 years of experience in Tender/Bid Management or Government Procurement
• Hands-on experience with GeM and e-Procurement portals
• Knowledge of tender documentation and bid submission
• Valuable communication, coordination and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Candidates with government/institutional tendering experience are preferred
