Role Description The Rural Business Development Executive will focus on driving PhonePe’s growth and adoption in Islampur’s local markets, working on-site with merchants and partners. This full time role includes identifying and onboarding rural merchants, explaining PhonePe’s products and benefits,



and supporting them through activation and ongoing usage. The position involves generating leads, conducting field visits, building long-term relationships with merchants, and ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction. The executive will track performance metrics, gather market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to refine local strategies and improve product fit for rural users. The role also includes resolving basic operational issues, providing training on PhonePe solutions, and representing the brand professionally within the community.
