Role Overview

Logicloop Ventures LLP is looking for a proactive, strategic, and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to manage key client relationships and drive the successful execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are aligned with the client's business and marketing objectives.
This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with multiple internal departments including Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, Digital, Strategy, SEO, and other specialist teams, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to strategic planning and ideation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management





• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
• Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals.
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication regarding project progress, challenges, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular client meetings, status calls, and reviews.
• Proactively identify client concerns and work with internal teams to resolve them.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and relationship growth.

2. Account & Project Management

• Manage projects from briefing and planning through execution and final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, Digital, Strategy, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and other relevant teams.
