Technical Product Associate – School Pilot | CLYRA | Jaipur
CLYRA is an AI-powered K-12 school operating system (DIFC dubai registered), running a pilot with a school in Jaipur — and we're hiring someone to be our eyes and ears on the ground.
This is a technical/product role, not a sales or onboarding role. You'll work closely with teachers and students inside the school to understand how they actually use CLYRA day-to-day, surface what's not working, report bugs directly to our core tech team, and keep pilot metrics on track.
You:
? Based in Jaipur (or able to be on-ground consistently)
?️ Technical/product background — comfortable reading logs, reproducing bugs, and writing clear technical reports
? Patient and observant — positive at sitting with teachers/students and translating their friction into structured product feedback
? Detail-oriented — comfortable owning and tracking pilot metrics
? Startup mentality — self-starter, low ego, high ownership
Prior experience in product support, QA, technical customer success, or ed-tech is a big plus.
