Role Description
1) In this role, the Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage potential and existing clients, provide information about the agency’s digital marketing and website development services, and generate qualified leads.
2) Daily activities include explaining service offerings, answering questions, maintaining accurate call logs, and updating customer records in the CRM.
3)The Telecaller will follow call scripts and guidelines, schedule follow-up conversations or meetings for the sales team, and support basic customer service inquiries.
4)The position requires consistent coordination with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and effective conversion of leads.
