Business Development Executive – Financial Sales
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in financial sales, investment products, wealth management, financial planning or BFSI to drive prospecting and client engagement for our India and Global business.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and research prospects across India’s metropolitan cities and global markets using lead-generation and sales intelligence tools.
• Conduct extensive cold calling and outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
• Engage with prospects, understand their broad financial requirements and pitch our Global Investing and Financial Planning services.
• Qualify leads based on defined parameters and schedule appointments with our Financial Advisors.
• Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up information using CRM, Excel and other systems.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Financial Advisory teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, investment advisory, insurance, broking,



mutual funds, fintech, BFSI, inside sales or business development.
• Prior experience in selling or generating leads for financial/investment products or services will be strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Valuable understanding of investments, financial products, wealth management or financial planning.
• Comfortable with extensive cold calling, outbound sales and lead generation.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha or CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Kannada and/or Telugu proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills.
• A self-starter and go-getter who is disciplined, target-oriented and comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
