Executive - Stores

Job Description

Job Overview : The Executive – Stores is responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, including receiving, storing,



and dispensing materials as per SOP and cGMP guidelines. The role involves preparing GRNs, quarantine labels, and stock register entries, coordinating with QC for sampling and retesting, and maintaining daily records such as area cleaning, temperature/RH, and balance verification. The Executive also handles QMS documentation (Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, OOS) and ensures safe material handling while coordinating with staff for smooth store functioning.

Internal Key Stakeholder : Production (Synthesis + Pharma) Team, Quality Assurance Team, Quality Control Team, Engineering Department, etc. (As per the requirement of the allocated task)

External Key Stakeholders : Auditors, Suppliers/Vendors, etc. (As per the requirement of the allocated task)

Reproting Structure : Manager

Qualification : B.Sc in Chemistry

Experience (No. of Years ) : 1 - 3 Years
