About the Role
Swiggy is looking for an experienced professional to build and manage strategic partnerships with large institutions, enterprises and key business ecosystems across our priority markets.
The role will involve identifying opportunities, building relationships with senior stakeholders, developing partnership frameworks and working closely with internal teams to create solutions that enhance Swiggy’s presence and engagement across important consumer and business ecosystems.
This is a highly team-oriented, stakeholder-facing role requiring strong relationship-building, commercial understanding and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
We are looking for someone who is well-networked, commercially astute and highly effective at building relationships and getting things done.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments,
engaging with senior stakeholders and creating partnerships that deliver tangible business outcomes.
Experience across multiple markets, particularly Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with large enterprises, institutions and business ecosystems across key cities.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and relevant stakeholders across organizations.
• Understand partner requirements and develop mutually beneficial partnership models.
• Lead discussions and negotiations through to closure and implementation.
• Work closely with city, operations, commercial, legal and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships.
• Develop a strong understanding of local market dynamics and identify opportunities to strengthen Swiggy’s presence across priority ecosystems.
