Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role for D2C/FMCG, based in Delhi, India. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue for Fitspire’s health and wellness products. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid media campaigns (such as search, social, and display), tracking and analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B tests,



and optimizing budgets and bids to meet key performance indicators. The individual will collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to refine audience targeting, improve conversion funnels, and ensure brand-consistent messaging. The role also includes preparing performance reports, identifying growth opportunities, and staying updated on digital marketing trends in the D2C/FMCG space.
