ProtoTech Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company's products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.
• Develop and implement effective business development and lead-generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and support the team in achieving business targets.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation,



client interactions, and business development activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and potential business opportunities.
• Work with international clients and support the development of long-term business relationships.

Must Have:
• MBA in Marketing / Marketing specialization is mandatory.
• 0–1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant internships or strong communication and business development skills may be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of sales and business development processes.
