Role: Educational Counsellor – EdTech

Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students/professionals regarding suitable education and career programs
• Understand learner goals and recommend relevant courses
• Explain program structure, admissions, and career opportunities
• Handle calls, online/in-person counselling, follow-ups, and applications
• Maintain CRM/student records and coordinate with academic & sales teams
• Participate in webinars, events, and outreach activities

Requirements:




• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Experience in EdTech, admissions, education counselling, or student-facing roles preferred
• Basic knowledge of CRM/student management systems
• Empathy, problem-solving skills, and a target-oriented approach
