Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: PAN India
Experience Range: 6-12 Years

Solid experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
