Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager (Fashion & Luxury Brands) is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. The person in this role will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness for Crepdog Crew’s sneaker and streetwear collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ad budgets, tracking campaign performance, analyzing data,



and preparing reports that inform marketing and merchandising decisions. The role also involves collaborating with creative, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to align performance marketing strategies with product launches, brand partnerships, and seasonal campaigns. The manager will continuously test new audiences, creatives, and channels, ensuring campaigns remain efficient, brand-appropriate, and responsive to trends in fashion and luxury retail.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 11am-8pm

Qualifications
• Strong experience in performance marketing, including managing paid search, paid social, and display campaigns for consumer brands.
• Proficiency with analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tracking tools).
• Ability to analyze data, interpret campaign metrics, and translate insights into act
