We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the SuccessFactors Compensation module. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and implementing appropriate technical/functional solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong SAP Compensation technical knowledge, a good understanding of compensation processes, and the ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Work on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations, configurations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional solutions.
• Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation based on business requirements.
• Work closely with HR/business stakeholders to understand compensation processes and requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to the Compensation module.
• Collaborate with the Linxon and SF India teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Participate in requirement discussions, solution design, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Support integration with other SAP SuccessFactors/SAP modules where required.
• Follow structured, methodical, and professional delivery practices.

• Robust hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Strong technical knowledge of the Compensation module and related functionality.
• Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and solution delivery.
Functional Knowledge
• Good understanding of compensation processes and business requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR/compensation-related business processes.
