Role Description
This is a full-time work-from home role for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the design, development, and execution of creative learning and development programs tailored to clients' needs. Responsibilities include managing program timelines and resources,



coordinating with cross-functional teams, engaging clients to ensure program goals are achieved. The role also involves monitoring outcomes, collecting feedback for continuous improvement, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to drive organizational growth and success.

Qualifications
• Proven expertise in program management, project management, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong skills in communication and team collaboration
• Knowledge of experiential learning methodologies, such as game-based learning and simulation design, is a plus
• Ability to efficiently manage resources, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage
• Previous experience with learning and development, training, or coaching roles is a plus
