Career DetailsWe are looking to hire a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. Ideal Candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales within the Indian market, with a zeal to explore new possibilities, generate leads and build long term client relationships. Candidate should also have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills with a sound ability to achieve sales target.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute new business prospects via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Create and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
• Recognize consumer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Develop powerful product and/or service demo presentations.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
• Follow up with prospects and turn leads into business opportunities.
• Negotiate prices and close sales deals, maintaining profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.




• Team up with internal technical & delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Meet sales target on both monthly and quarterly basis.
• Keep informed of market trends, competitive activity and client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent discipline.
• Prior 1-2 years experience in B2B sales/business development within the Indian market.
• Should possess an excellent command of the English language (Written, verbal, and spoken).
• A skilled negotiator with strong relationship-building qualities.
• Experience in CRM tools will be an added bonus.
• Solid knowledge of the full sales cycle.
• Self driven with great problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team atmosphere.

Preferred Skills• Good sales exposure in IT Services, Software, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Technology field.
