ABOUT STAHL COOKWARE
Stahl is a premium Indian cookware brand built on the belief that great cooking begins with great tools. We are a design-forward manufacturing company headquartered in Pune. Our ambition is to re-imagine the Indian kitchen, not by chasing trends, but by deeply understanding how people cook, what they aspire to, and what would delight them before they even knew to ask for it. We make products that earn a place in kitchens for a lifetime. This role is central to that promise.

THE ROLE
Stahl shows up wherever our customers meet the brand: on a dealers shopfront, on a shelf, on a
price tag, on a phone screen. As Designer, you will own how Stahl looks and feels across every point of sale, turning our brand guidelines into consistent, striking work across retail, trade and digital touchpoints.

You will also design specific fixtures that go into dealer stores, and shape the catalogues, product launch creatives and social content we use to speak to the trade.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between large-format and small-format work and holds the same high bar on all of it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Point-of-sale creatives: Create adaptations and develop current creatives, within the overall brand guidelines, for hoardings, in-shop branding, GSBs, fabric boxes, price tags.
• Dealer store fixtures: Design specific fixtures and display units that go into dealer stores taking them from concept through to production-ready artwork.
• Catalogues and launches: Design our product catalogues and the creatives for new product launches.
• Trade communication: Design social creatives that are broadcast to the trade.
• Brand consistency: Keep every touchpoint true to Stahl & brand guidelines, while bringing fresh ideas that keep the brand feeling premium and current.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand briefs and deliver on time across multiple projects.
