Senior Implementation Engineer

Role

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to build and configure business applications on our Low-Code / No-Code platform and lead a small implementation team.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and convert them into application solutions.
• Design and configure forms, workflows, business rules, dashboards, reports, roles, and integrations.
• Configure and customize applications based on customer requirements.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, UAT support, and deployment.
• Work closely with customers, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Manage implementation timelines, issues, and deliverables.
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of a small team of Implementation Engineers.




• Prepare functional documentation and implementation guidelines.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in software implementation, application development, or business application configuration.
• Experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms are preferred.
• Good understanding of workflows, databases, REST APIs, and business processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are important.
• Experience handling customers and leading/mentoring a small team.
