Amata Build Care solves critical construction and infrastructure problems where standard repair methods and off-the-shelf materials are insufficient. Our projects span India, concentrated in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi.

About the role
The Project Engineer is the diagnostic layer between our CTO and our project teams. This role is for someone who works out why an intervention will hold, not only how to execute it. For the first six months it is a hands-on problem-solving role with no direct reports, growing into leading up to four project coordinators.

What you own
• Diagnose site conditions where the standard method has already failed.
• Decide interventions and escalate only genuinely novel or high-risk problems to the CTO.
• Own assigned projects from work-order handover to technical closure.
• Plan schedules across live sites and allocate people, contractors and materials.
• Track budget against actuals and correct variances early.
• Own delivery-linked invoicing and track collections against milestones.




• Run kick-off briefings and post-project reviews, and keep decisions documented.

What you bring
• B.E. Civil Engineering. A project-management qualification is optional.
• 3 to 5 years on site with real diagnostic depth.
• Preferred background in construction chemicals, waterproofing, retrofitting, strengthening, or repair and rehabilitation.
• Comfortable owning budgets, schedules and collections beyond engineering.
• Willing to travel to project sites regularly and to our Mangalore office when required.

Compensation
₹12,00,000 to ₹16,00,000 per annum, plus performance incentives. Progression to Technical Manager on demonstrated capability.
