• 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Role OverviewThe Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth appointment coordination between patients and doctors. Ensure timely patient-doctor connections, minimize unused doctor slots, and provide a smooth appointment and rescheduling experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities• Call patients who have booked appointments and ensure they connect with the doctor on time.
• Follow up with patients in case of missed or delayed appointments.
• Regularly check doctors' available slots and work towards utilizing them efficiently.
• Review the RNR patient list and contact eligible patients for rescheduling on currently available slots.




• Share suitable available slots with patients who request rescheduling and assist them in booking a new appointment.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of patient status, follow-ups, rescheduling, and appointment outcomes in the database.
• Track pending cases and follow up until they are closed.
• Escalate any patient concerns or appointment-related issues to the concerned team when required.
