Role Description The Account Manager is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with dealers, traders, and key customers,



ensuring consistent communication, timely support, and effective resolution of issues. The Account Manager will oversee order management, coordinate with internal teams for production and delivery schedules, and monitor account performance against sales targets and service goals. Day-to-day activities include preparing sales reports, tracking market trends, conducting client visits, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts. The role also involves supporting contract negotiations, maintaining accurate account records, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
