Position : Business Development Executive (EdTech)

Work Model : Work From Office (Twice a week travel to schools)

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our institutional footprint. In this role,



you will split your time between office-based lead generation and on-field institutional visits. You will act as the primary brand ambassador, pitching our cutting-edge EdTech solutions directly to school principals, educators, and students.
If you have a strong background in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for transforming education, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation & Cold Calling : Drive outbound sales efforts by generating high-quality leads from scratch, conducting cold calls, and building a robust sales pipeline daily.
• Institutional Field Visits : Travel to schools twice a week to conduct face-to-face meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and pitch our course offerings to school principals, management, and students.
• Revenue Growth & Target Achievement : Take ownership of sales quotas, working relentlessly to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
