Introduction
vidaXL is looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join our Customer Service CORE (CS CORE) team.
The CS CORE team is responsible for maintaining, improving, and modernizing the core applications and services powering Customer Service operations across the company.
This includes:
• Nexus – our in-house Customer Service Order Management Portal
• Customer Service microservices and APIs
• Integrations supporting:
• Zendesk
• chatbot platforms
• AI-powered Customer Service applications
• And more

As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, maintainable, and highly reliable systems that directly support Customer Service operations worldwide.
The ideal candidate thrives in a quick-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and has strong experience with modern JavaScript ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Nexus and Customer Service domain microservices.




• Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems and migration toward modern architecture and frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Build and maintain frontend functionality using Vue.js and Vuetify.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs consumed by:
• CS AI applications
• chatbot platforms
• Zendesk integrations
• And more
• Contribute to decoupling and redesigning existing monolithic services into domain-oriented microservices.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers to ensure CI/CD, monitoring, and observability best practices.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve system stability and reliability.
• Ensure high standards in:
• code quality
