BuiltX Sustainable Design & Construction is looking for a commercially driven professional to strengthen our institutional relationships, market presence and project pipeline. This role combines strategic outreach,



relationship management and marketing coordination to turn relevant connections into qualified project opportunities.

This is not a mass cold-calling or purely digital-marketing role. It requires research, credible communication, disciplined follow-up and the confidence to represent BuiltX in senior professional settings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify upcoming healthcare, education, nonprofit, CSR-funded and institutional infrastructure opportunities
• Map relevant organisations, projects and decision-makers
• Conduct personalised outreach through referrals, LinkedIn, email, calls and meetings
• Build relationships with founders, trustees, institutional leaders, architects, consultants, PMCs and sector partners
• Understand each opportunity’s requirements, stage, budget, timeline and procurement process
• Arrange meetings, presentations and site visits, and coordinate follow-ups with BuiltX’s leadership and technical teams
