Role Description The CNC Lathe Operator and Programmer is a full time, on-site role based at SCUBE Industries in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathe machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings,



creating and optimizing CNC programs, selecting tools and fixtures, performing machine setup, and monitoring machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish. The role also involves inspecting parts using measuring instruments, performing routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting machining issues, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to improve processes. The CNC Lathe Operator and Programmer is expected to follow all safety protocols, maintain production records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Qualifications
• Strong CNC lathe operation and setup skills, including experience with tooling selection, workholding, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code, M-code, and relevant CAM software) and ability to modify programs for efficiency and quality.
