Role Description The Business Development Trainee internship is a remote role focused on supporting HappiMynd’s growth among corporate and institutional clients.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, assisting with lead generation campaigns, and conducting basic market research to understand industry trends and client needs. The trainee will help prepare outreach materials, support online meetings and presentations, and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to follow up on client inquiries, providing courteous customer service, and contributing ideas to improve business development processes. This internship offers exposure to the mental health and wellness sector and the opportunity to learn practical sales and partnership skills in a growing organization.
