The Role
We’re looking for an SEO + Content Growth Specialist who can combine strong content skills with SEO, analytics and growth thinking.
You’ll help make Evatt visible, searchable and discoverable everywhere, across Google, AI search and relevant online channels.

What you'll do
• Own and execute Evatt’s SEO and content strategy.
• Research keywords, search trends, competitors and content opportunities.
• Write and optimise landing pages, blogs, product/program pages, guides and other SEO content.
• Build topical authority, content clusters and internal linking.
• Analyse Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush and ranking/traffic data and continuously improve performance.
• Identify and implement SEO,



GEO and AEO opportunities to improve visibility in Google and AI-powered search.
• Refresh and optimise existing content based on performance.
• Turn SEO/search insights into relevant social media content.
• Work with the legal content and social teams to build a consistent content engine.

What we're looking for
• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience growing a company/website’s rankings, organic traffic and visibility.
• Strong understanding of SEO, search intent, keyword research, technical/on-page SEO, content strategy and analytics.
• Working knowledge of GEO, AEO and AI search.
• Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog or equivalents.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
• Ability to create content that is useful, authoritative and human not generic AI content.
• SaaS, B2B, technology or legal industry experience is a plus.
