Role Description The Training Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing training programs for employees across different departments. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating training schedules, maintaining training calendars, and ensuring training materials and resources are prepared and updated.



The Training Coordinator will liaise with internal stakeholders and external trainers, track attendance and training completion, and gather feedback to improve future sessions. The role also involves supporting onboarding training for new team members, documenting training activities, and contributing to continuous learning and development initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Training Coordination and Employee Training to plan, schedule, and manage training activities effectively.
• Experience in Training & Development and Training to design, implement, and monitor learning programs aligned with organizational needs.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with trainers, employees, and management and to convey information clearly.
• Ability to organize multiple programs simultaneously, with attention to detail and time management.
