Zotik is building a new-age fashion commerce platform bringing together apparel brands, retailers, boutiques, creators, live commerce and AI-enabled fashion discovery.
We are now looking for a Head – Brand & Vendor Acquisition to build and own one of the most significant engines of our business: high-quality supply.
This is not a conventional vendor onboarding or sales management role.
We are looking for a builder who can create and scale the entire supply-side engine:
Identify → Qualify → Acquire → Onboard → Catalogue → Activate → Sell → Grow → Retain
What will you own?? Identify and acquire high-potential apparel brands, retailers, boutiques and fashion businesses
? Build Zotik's vendor acquisition strategy across cities and categories
? Develop field-sales, inside-sales, referral and partnership channels
? Build and manage vendor onboarding and catalogue operations
? Ensure products are correctly catalogued, listed and activated
? Move vendors from registration → catalogue live → first order → repeat sales




? Build processes and teams for vendor acquisition, catalogue management and vendor activation
? Track vendor funnel metrics, acquisition cost, activation, time-to-first-order, retention and GMV
? Build relationships with strategic brands and high-performing vendors
? Hire, train and lead the team that will eventually scale this function across India
Who are we looking for?We are looking for a proven marketplace supply-growth professional.
While 7–12 years of overall experience would be a useful guideline, years of experience are not the primary criterion.
What matters most is demonstrated experience in acquiring and activating marketplace vendors/sellers at scale.
You should be able to demonstrate experience in areas such as:
• E-commerce marketplaces
• Vendor/seller acquisition
• Supply-side growth
• Vendor onboarding and activation
• Fashion/apparel or retail businesses
• Catalogue/product onboarding
