Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR fresher role based in Rajkot, Gujarat. The individual will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. The role involves maintaining employee records, preparing basic HR documentation, and ensuring data is accurate and organized. The HR fresher will help coordinate training sessions,



employee engagement activities, and provide support in HR policy communication. The position also includes handling routine HR queries, assisting with attendance and leave tracking, and collaborating with senior HR team members on various HR initiatives.
