Role Description The Physiotherapist (Home Visit) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, providing physiotherapy services at clients’ residences. Responsibilities include assessing seniors’ physical condition, developing personalized treatment and exercise plans, and guiding clients through sessions focused on mobility, strength, balance, and rehabilitation. The Physiotherapist will monitor progress, adjust programs as needed,



and collaborate with trainers to align physiotherapy interventions with broader fitness and wellness goals. The role also involves educating clients and family members on injury prevention, safe movement techniques, and home-based exercises that support long-term independence and healthy aging.
Qualifications
• Formal training in Physiotherapy; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, geriatric physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and pain management.
• Ability to design and implement individualized exercise programs focusing on mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance for older adults.
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with seniors and their families, and to explain treatment plans clearly.
• Experience working with senior populations or in home-care/rehabilitation settings is highly beneficial.
