About Role
Statcon Electronics India Limited is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and recruitment-focused HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition function and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline. Approximately 70% of the role will be dedicated to Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, while approximately 30% will support Onboarding, HR Operations, HR Compliance, and related HR activities.
The ideal candidate should have a solid interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, good knowledge of LinkedIn and other job portals,
excellent communication skills, and the ability to proactively source, screen, coordinate, and follow up with candidates. The candidate should be eager to learn, take ownership of hiring requirements, and support HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Note: This is an on-site role based in Noida. We are looking for immediate joiners who are comfortable working from the office.
Key Responsibilities
• Support approximately 70% of the role in end-to-end Recruitment/Talent Acquisition activities, including understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and closure of positions.
• Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Demonstrate hands-on working knowledge of LinkedIn and major job portals, including Boolean/sea
