Technical Account Manager – Strategic Accounts

Siemens Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to drive strategic technical engagements and support business growth across the Renewable Energy, Green Hydrogen Ecosystem, Power, Data Centers, Ports and Cement industries.

The role will focus on understanding customer challenges, shaping integrated automation and digitalization solutions, and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including End users and Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic pre-sales and business growth by identifying opportunities, shaping technology roadmaps and supporting sales teams to achieve profitable growth and expand Siemens’ footprint across assigned key accounts.
• Act as the strategic technical advisor to key customers, building trusted relationships with technical, business and CxO-level stakeholders and providing thought leadership on industry trends, technology adoption and business challenges.
• Engage early in project lifecycles to understand customer requirements,



project scope and business objectives, and develop integrated strategies covering Instrumentation, Drives, Automation, Digitalization, AI and Cybersecurity.
• Influence specifications and vendor selection, establish Siemens as an approved/preferred technology partner, and strengthen Siemens’ positioning with End Users and Consultants
• Co-create digital transformation roadmaps with customers, supported by relevant value propositions, real use cases and scalable technology solutions.
• Understand the complete scope of the project and position the possible portfolio elements by engaging with multiple stakeholders and stitching the data-fabric across systems to provide unified view of the operations to End-users / Consultant as a differentiator
• Lead technical discussions, discovery workshops, solution workshops, customer presentations, demonstrations, PoCs and technical training to accelerate chance developmen
