Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead Fridaay’s overall vision, strategy, and growth as a full time on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves setting long-term strategic direction, overseeing financial performance, and driving operational excellence across content, technology, marketing, and customer experience. The CEO will manage senior leadership, foster a collaborative and inclusive culture,



and ensure alignment with Fridaay’s mission of elevating meaningful Bengali and global storytelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include business planning, reviewing performance metrics, guiding content and product decisions, nurturing key partnerships, and representing the company to investors, stakeholders, and industry bodies. The CEO will also be accountable for revenue growth, sustainability, and compliance, while continuously identifying new market opportunities and innovation initiatives.
