Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, and drive lead generation through calls, meetings, and networking. The role includes engaging with potential buyers,



explaining HOMVIA.in’s value proposition, and guiding them through the property shortlisting process. The individual will manage client accounts, maintain ongoing relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing basic sales reports, and staying updated on local real estate trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
• Business acumen and understanding of sales cycles, negotiation, and revenue-focused decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal presentation and professional written correspondence.
