Role SummaryThe HR Manager for Volume Acquisition will own the end-to-end mass recruitment strategy for our international voice and non-voice processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding hundreds of candidates to meet aggressive business demands for our UK campaigns.



This role sits at the intersection of human resources and technology, requiring someone who can leverage automated applicant routing pipelines, manage data within our self-hosted Frappe HRMS, and execute high-energy walk-in drives.
Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-Volume Sourcing & Pipeline Management
• Design and execute localized sourcing strategies across Kolkata and Howrah to consistently attract top-tier English-speaking talent for UK-shift operations (B2B/B2C Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Customer Support).
• Organize and manage large-scale walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and targeted job fair events.
• Manage the automated job applicant routing systems (via our custom web forms) to ensure zero drop-off in the candidate pipeline.
