Position Details:
Role: US Payroll Operations
Experience: 1 Year – 3 Years
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune | Work From Office
Work Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Preferred Location: Pune / Maharashtra

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Set up new employees in the payroll system.
• Collect, maintain, and consolidate employee timesheets.
• Process payroll accurately according to the payroll calendar.
• Prepare payroll reports for management review.
• Respond to employee payroll-related queries.




• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of payroll activities.

What We’re Looking For:
• 1 year – 3 years of experience in US Payroll.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in US time zones and handling payroll in a live environment.
• Candidates from Pune/Maharashtra preferred.
