About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Payroll Professional to join our dynamic team at Kyndryl India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, with a specific focus on Japan payroll processing. Your expertise will ensure that employee compensation is accurately calculated, timely processed, and compliant with all relevant regulations.



You will serve as the key liaison between employees, management, and third-party payroll vendors, ensuring seamless payroll operations. Additionally, you will lead projects related to payroll system implementations and upgrades, contributing to the continuous improvement of our payroll infrastructure. Your role is vital in maintaining employee trust and ensuring legal compliance across all payroll activities, particularly within the Japanese market.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of comprehensive HR payroll experience, with a strong emphasis on Japan payroll processing. You should have at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience handling Japan-specific payroll functions, including Social Insurance, Labor Insurance, and Resident Tax management.
