• 2–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Financial Operations roles
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Planview and/or JIRA
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI
• Experience in project tracking, reporting, and governance activities
• Familiarity with financial operations, budgeting, and reconciliation processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Solid attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
