Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to develop and grow business within the Commercial Segment.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying commercial projects, developing relationships with key decision-makers, generating project enquiries, managing the sales pipeline, and converting opportunities into business for the company.
Key Responsibilities• Develop new business opportunities within the Commercial Segment.
• Identify and target corporate offices, commercial buildings, malls, retail spaces, hospitals, institutions, showrooms, IT parks, and other commercial projects.
• Identify upcoming construction, renovation,



and expansion projects and develop them as sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with Builders, Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Project Managers, Procurement Teams, Purchase Heads, and Corporate Decision-Makers.
• Conduct regular client and project visits to understand requirements, specifications, and project timelines.
• Present and recommend company products based on project requirements.
• Generate leads, manage enquiries, follow up with clients, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Coordinate quotations, product approvals, negotiations, and purchase orders.
• Track projects from initial enquiry to order closure and ensure continuous follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Design, Service, Stock, Dispatch, and Finance for smooth order execution.
• Develop long-term relationships with corporate and commercial clients to generate repeat business.
