About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Event Production Technician to support meetings, webinars, live events, and executive briefings. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in audio-visual production, meeting support, and live event technologies.

You'll work closely with clients and technical teams to deliver seamless conferencing and streaming experiences, both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and support daily meetings, webinars, and live events.
• Provide onsite and remote meeting support using collaboration platforms.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot A/V conferencing equipment before and during events.
• Support executive meetings with high-quality audio and video delivery.




• Operate and monitor live streaming/broadcasting platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows, Mac, and conferencing environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in meeting support processes and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (IT preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in Audio-Visual (A/V) operations or meeting support.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience supporting executive-level meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Flexible to support business requirements, including occasional on-call support.
