About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop recent client relationships, and expand Ottimo’s presence in the luxury furniture and interiors market.
The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to convert business opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities· Identify and develop new business opportunities across the luxury interiors and furniture segment.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, HNI clients, and corporate clients.
· Generate leads through networking, market research, references, exhibitions, and industry connections.
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, estimation, and execution teams to develop suitable solutions.
· Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
· Lead negotiations and drive opportunities from initial enquiry to closure.




· Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
· Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business updates to management.
· Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
· Support Ottimo in developing strategic partnerships and entering new markets.
· Ensure a smooth client experience and maintain long-term business relationships.
