Experience: 5- 10 years
Location: Bhopal (in office)
• JD includes :
• Managing Centre (EdTech) Operations,
• Corporate relations (Mostly IT Company),
• Managing placement drives,
• Ability to ensure quality through regular audits and process flows
• Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to make data-backed decisions
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Ensure Reports /Dashboard are shared with Managed on pre-defined periodicity
• Must have:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent ability to develop relationships.
• Strong networking with Corporate agencies/institutions.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Experience in handling a team of 6-10 people.
