Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and elevate our talent acquisition operations in Bengaluru. In this role, you will drive full-lifecycle hiring, manage end-to-end staffing across diverse skill sets, and cultivate robust partnerships with senior leadership and key business stakeholders. You will be directly responsible for optimizing hiring workflows, accelerating turnaround times (TAT), and consistently closing high-priority positions without compromising on quality.

Experince Required : 14 - 20 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Staffing & Hiring Delivery: Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for niche, mid-level, and leadership roles across business units.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, department heads, and cross-functional partners; align talent acquisition strategies directly with business priorities.
• TAT & Operations Optimization:



Monitor and drive key recruitment metrics, focusing specifically on reducing Turnaround Time (TAT), improving Time-to-Fill, and increasing offer acceptance ratios.
• Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy: Oversee direct sourcing channels, recruitment agencies, and job portals to build a robust candidate pipeline for current and proactive hiring needs.
• Process & Adherence: Enforce structured interviewing practices, SLA compliance, and process adherence across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Team Leadership & Development: Guide, mentor, and track performance for talent acquisition team members to maintain high operational standards and delivery speeds.
